Shift to Strong Running is built on experience working with driven athletes who take their training seriously. I have coached committed runners, ranging from those beginning their running journey to highly competitive athletes achieving sub-3-hour marathons. This breadth of experience allows me to understand what dedicated runners truly need: purposeful programming, performance-focused strategy, and the right balance between strength, mileage, and recovery to keep progressing.
Dedicated runners do not want guesswork—they want structure, clarity, and results. My approach centers on smart, individualized programming, strength-focused integration, and injury-resilient training principles so you can build speed, endurance, and confidence without unnecessary burnout.
